As Junior Controller Business Administration, you ensure that our administrative processes run smoothly and carefully. You process and check data, support reporting, and think along about improvements in the financial administration.

You work together with various departments within the organization and are given the space to learn the profession further. Thanks to your accuracy, analytical eye, and proactive attitude, you ensure reliable information is provided that is required for internal decision-making.

• You carry out the financial and administrative activities for various branches carefully and efficiently. This includes, among other things, export and transport documentation, sales, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and time administration.

• You support the preparation of management reports and analyses.

• You identify deviations and discuss points for improvement with colleagues and managers.

• You actively contribute to the optimization of administrative processes and working methods.

• You work together with various departments to further improve the quality of data and reports.

You are an enthusiastic starter or young professional who likes to take responsibility and wants to further develop within Finance. You work accurately, have an analytical mindset, and enjoy looking at processes critically.

In addition, you possess:

• A (nearly) completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in the direction of Finance & Control, Commercial Economics, MER, Accountancy, or a similar study.

• A customer-oriented attitude

• Affinity with automation

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office programs.

• Good communication skills.

• Availability of at least 32 hours per week.

• Own transport.

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus, but not a requirement.

• You work accurately and in a structured manner.

• You are analytical and quickly see connections and deviations.

• You take initiative and like to think along about improvements.

• You are flexible and switch easily between different tasks.
