· Technical education at HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level;

· Experience in a production environment and as a supervisor;

As Technical Service Supervisor, you are responsible for the effective execution of maintenance. You lead approximately 10 technicians and manage external technicians. You will work within a large factory with a high degree of automation and varied techniques. A dynamic and responsible role in which you are continuously engaged in the development of your team. You are based in Bergen op Zoom. You are part of the Technical Services team and report to the Maintenance Manager. This is a full-time position, working in day shifts.

As Technical Service Supervisor, you lead a close-knit and all-round team of approximately 10 technicians. In this role, you ensure proper management, addressing, coaching, and developing your team. You determine whether the work delivered meets the desired quality and quantity. You provide input and contribute to the execution of the plant strategy. You analyze problems and, where necessary, engage in process optimization. You perform fault analyses and convert these into action plans, which you then roll out to the shop floor. Finally, you ensure good coordination between the different departments.
