Technical Coordinator

• Technical insight. A completed MBO+/HBO education in a technical field (or HTS work and thinking level through education or experience).
• Professional knowledge. At least 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Expertise. In both mechanical, electrical, and automation fields.
• SAP experience. Extensive experience with SAP as a maintenance management system or a comparable system.
• Communication skills. You communicate clearly in Dutch and English and know how to engage colleagues.

You are responsible for the technical availability and reliability of our aseptic filling lines and related installations. You set up the maintenance strategy, monitor and continuously improve it, and work together with colleagues and external partners to ensure optimal performance of the production lines.

You work closely with maintenance technicians, production, and OEM suppliers and are an important point of contact for technical issues. Additionally, you make an active contribution to the organization's improvement philosophy by participating in CI improvement teams. You are part of a team of four technical coordinators and report to the Technical Manager.

• Achieving production objectives (output, OEE, quality, safety, order, and cleanliness) within budgetary guidelines, through optimal technical availability of the production equipment.
• Coordinating the technical activities on the specific production equipment.
• Preparing, budgeting, purchasing, planning, and supervising activities regarding maintenance, new construction, repair, and modification of the specific production equipment and plant installations.
• The technical management, instruction, and supervision of internal and external technicians.
• Initiating and coordinating corrective and preventive maintenance activities within the SAP structure.
• Planning and preparing all technical interventions
• Setting up, managing, and improving preventive maintenance plans in SAP together with the maintenance engineer
• Contributing, developing, and implementing process and technological improvement opportunities.
• Jointly establishing and maintaining the department budgets.
• Being the first point of contact for (OEM) suppliers.
• Managing technical documentation and creating capacity and production reports.
• Supervising compliance with regulations, procedures, and guidelines regarding safety, environment, order, and cleanliness.

• Aseptic technology. Experience with aseptic filling techniques is a plus.
