Commercial Backoffice Employee

• A dynamic and informal organization;

• a full-time contract of 38 hours per week;

• a salary based on job group 6 (€ 2,645.47 - € 3,289.31 full-time employment salary) of the Horeca collective labor agreement;

• bonus scheme of up to 20% of the annual salary;

• a travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer with a max of 75 kilometers one way;

• 25 vacation days based on a full-time contract, 8% holiday allowance, and a pension scheme (Horeca & Catering);

• Handling incoming telephone traffic and emails from customers;

• calling back and emailing inquiries from schools and (youth) groups;

• preparing and sending quotations;

• upselling during reservations: by advising customers on what other possibilities are available, you try to make the reservation as complete as possible;

• processing reservations;

• performing administrative tasks arising from reservations
