• together with the Supervisors and Team Leaders, you are the direct point of contact for the employees of the Rides, Parking, and Cleaning departments;

• coaching, guiding, and motivating employees and Team Leaders in the areas of safety, hospitality, and capacity;

• responsible for the daily planning within the Rides department;

• ensuring a high level of safety and service;

• proposing and implementing ideas regarding, among other things, safety, hospitality, capacity, and cleaning;

• actively cooperating within the Operations department; you will learn something from every workplace;

• attending selection and recruitment meetings.
