The role

Like no other, you can communicate with our existing and new relations in a friendly and persuasive manner and provide them with, among other things, detailed quotes and information. Do you want a job where no two days are the same?

What you'll do

This is what you will be doing;

You handle all incoming emails, questions from (new) customers or colleagues;
You call leads that have come in through various channels;
You prepare good quotes in our ERP system or you elaborate on these further at the request of the account manager and follow up on the quotes;
Together with the account managers, you come up with actions to grow the business;
You have the freedom and responsibility to organize your own activities;
Together with the sales team, you feel responsible for the results;
You get the opportunity to think along about how processes can be better organized;
You pay attention to details and work accurately. In your work, you are proactive and you conduct research for the best result;
You enjoy realizing goals;
You call existing relations to generate extra sales.

Requirements

This is you:

You are independent and proactive;
MBO+ work and thinking level;
You are available 32 - 40 hours per week
Commercial work experience;
Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
An active attitude in cooperation with existing relations;
You know how to set priorities and possess a dose of positive energy;
Advising clients during the quoting stage about products, alternative possibilities, and services;
You like to think along about improvements in the work processes and to help Inprevo further commercially;
Bringing in ideas to support the account managers.

About the company & team

Inprevo helps organizations create a safe environment and prevent calamities. As a specialist in fire safety, we combine expert safety advice with practical BHV (Emergency Response) and safety training. For housing corporations, healthcare institutions, and (semi-)government institutions, among others, we map out risks and help to comply with laws and regulations and to be well-prepared for emergency situations.

We do this with a team of about 125 colleagues from Houten, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam. We are an organization with short lines, involved colleagues, and a lot of attention to the person behind the work.
