Inside Sales Representative

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of working and thinking, preferably in a commercial, technical, or business administration direction.
• Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a similar commercial role.
• Demonstrable affinity with technology, laboratory services, or technical services.
• Experience with customer contact and quote management.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
• Strong communication skills.
• You work accurately and in a structured manner.
• You can switch between multiple requests and priorities.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the connecting link between the customer, the laboratory, and the commercial organization. You translate customer inquiries into suitable quotes, actively follow up on requests, and ensure a correct transfer of orders to the laboratory. In doing so, you work closely with the Business Development Manager, Backoffice, Scientists, and Operations.

You play a key role in the commercial process. By translating customer inquiries quickly and carefully into suitable solutions, you contribute directly to customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and the success of our organization.
 

• Assessing and processing customer inquiries.
• Coordinating technical and operational feasibility with internal departments.
• Preparing and elaborating quotes.
• Proactively following up on quotes and customer inquiries to successfully convert them into orders.
• Maintaining contact with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinating a correct transfer of orders to the laboratory.
• Identifying commercial opportunities within existing customers.
• Recording and managing customer data, quotes, and appointments.
• Supporting the Business Development Manager with commercial activities.
• Contributing to professional and customer-oriented service.
