Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse Assistant

• A full-time contract (38 hours per week).

• A full-time salary based on job group 6 (€ 2,645.47 - € 3,289.31) of the Horeca CAO.

• Travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer with a maximum of 75 kilometers one way;

As a Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse Assistant, you ensure that the assortment within Retail and Food & Beverage, within the Park Spending department, is well-organized. You deal with orders, stocks, product information, and contact with suppliers. In this way, you ensure that everything behind the scenes is in good order so that our visitors can enjoy an attractive range of products.

• You support the compilation and updating of the assortment within Retail and Food & Beverage.

• You monitor sales data, margins, and stocks and translate these into daily practice.

• You manage item, price, and product information and ensure that this is always up to date.

• You place orders and maintain contact with suppliers.

• You check incoming invoices and ensure correct administrative processing.

• You support new product introductions and assortment changes.

• Together with the Marketing & Sales department and external parties, you ensure up-to-date menu and product communication.

• You draft work instructions and allergen information and keep these up to date.

• You monitor that products comply with applicable laws and regulations and required certifications.

• You have an affinity with Retail, Food & Beverage and/or Leisure.
