• MBO+ work and thinking level, preferably in a commercial or administrative direction.
• Experience in a commercial inside sales function, customer contact function, or similar role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• You have a commercial mindset and know how to recognize and exploit opportunities.
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail.

Salary: € 2,937.00 to a maximum of € 3,658.00 gross per month based on 38 hours per week.

• A salary between € 2,937 and € 3,658 gross per month (38 hours, reference date February 1, 2026)
• 24 vacation days and ADV according to the Motor Vehicle & Two-Wheeler Industry collective labor agreement. If you work full-time (40h), you also accrue 13 ADV days per year.

Commercial Inside Sales Employee

Location: Waalwijk

You are the first point of contact for customers and support the commercial services of Kersten from inquiry to quotation and follow-up.

• You translate customer inquiries into a suitable offer and identify the need behind the request.
• You prepare quotations that align with the wishes of the customer and the objectives of Kersten.
• You maintain telephone and written contact with customers, colleagues, and account managers.
• You act as a link between the field service, inside sales, and other business units.
• You identify commercial opportunities and actively think along about additional solutions for customers.
• You monitor deadlines within quotation processes and ensure timely follow-up.
• You support account managers in achieving commercial objectives.
• You schedule appointments for account managers and the commercial manager.
• You manage and update sales support materials.
• You ensure correct administrative processing of commercial processes and customer data.

Hours: 32-38 hours per week
