What you'll do

As a construction planner, you are the connecting link between plan and practice. You ensure that everything behind the scenes is correct, so that the execution on-site can proceed efficiently and smoothly.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

Preparing construction projects from design to execution.
Establishing and monitoring planning, quality, costs, and progress.
Coordinating with project managers, site managers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Managing procurement, material flows, and technical preparation.
Working with BIM and other digital tools to prepare projects efficiently and transparently.
Devising innovative solutions for technical and logistical challenges within complex urban projects.
