As a well dewatering supervisor, you play a crucial role in construction and infrastructure projects throughout the Netherlands. You ensure that groundwater control is well-organized, so that construction can proceed safely and according to schedule. You combine coordination, technique, and practical application, and can be found both in the office and outside at project locations. A role with responsibility, variety, and direct impact on the success of every project.
As a well dewatering supervisor, you are responsible for the preparation and execution of activities in the field of groundwater control. You monitor the technical, administrative, and financial progress of projects and coordinate daily with colleagues, clients, and authorities. You work partly in the office, but are also regularly on-site to see how the work is progressing and where adjustments are needed.
You plan personnel and equipment in consultation with planners and fellow supervisors and ensure that projects are set up safely and efficiently. Whether it concerns small, short-term well installations or large-scale, long-term projects, you maintain an overview and adjust where necessary.
The Well Dewatering department has locations in Buren and Geesbrug and works on projects throughout the Netherlands. You will join a dedicated and expert team in which collaboration is central. Without well dewatering, work comes to a standstill; your commitment ensures that construction can continue. That makes your work visible and essential.
You are a supervisor who gets energy from dynamism and responsibility. You work in a structured manner, think ahead, and know how to lead teams in a positive way. You adapt quickly to changes and communicate clearly with all stakeholders. Working alongside or observing on-site is a matter of course to you when necessary.
We ask for:
HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of working and thinking
Eager to learn and a responsible work attitude
Good communication skills
Flexibly deployable, no 7-to-4 mentality
Driving license B, experience in well dewatering or civil engineering (GWW) is a plus
