We want to continue to innovate and grow and therefore offer you plenty of opportunities—you just have to grab them! In addition to hard work, making fun together is also part of it! And that is why, in addition to a good salary, you can expect an incredibly beautiful package of secondary employment benefits from us.
You can count on:
A good salary, which we would like to determine in consultation with you depending on your knowledge and experience;
Company car;

An active staff association that regularly organizes the most fun activities.
To supplement our team, we are looking for a Site Manager. As a Site Manager at Goossen Te Pas, you are responsible for the daily course of affairs regarding the execution of a construction project.
As a Site Manager, you ensure that the project runs smoothly, safely, and according to plan every day. With your leadership, overview, and technical knowledge, you manage your team, subcontractors, and processes, and you are the primary point of contact for everyone on and around the construction site.
Additionally, you deploy the available budget in an efficient manner and monitor costs and hours in relation to the planned expenditures, ensuring that the predetermined return is minimally achieved.
And furthermore:
You distribute the work, monitor the schedule, and adjust where necessary;
You ensure that safety regulations are complied with during construction and you make an active contribution to safety awareness;
You identify, register, and monitor extra and reduced work, and you draw up 6-week schedules and manage risks during execution;
You organize various planning meetings, such as the project start-up, the joint planning session (GPS), and the weekly and daily starts.
To be up-and-running quickly, you preferably bring several years of experience as a Site Manager within (residential) construction. You are able to motivate your team in a coaching manner.
