Infra & Technology Traineeship (MBO-4)

In the Infra & technology traineeship (MBO-4), you will work every 6 months on the engineering, calculation, preparation, and execution of infra and electrotechnical projects. You will dive into specifications, quotes, and calculations, support project preparation, and work on the shop floor on safety, quality, and progress. You will also design electrotechnical and mechanical installations for our product-market combinations (PMCs). Our PMCs include bridges, locks, barriers, tunnels, dynamic traffic management, and airports. In this way, you build a broad technical foundation within infrastructure.

Every 6 months, you will rotate through different roles within infra technology. We do this because we understand that many opportunities come your way when you have just finished school. With us, you get the chance to work in various roles and departments, so you can discover what truly suits you! What you can approximately expect within these roles is the following:

• Creating cost calculations for electrotechnical and mechanical projects under supervision

• Analyzing specifications and requests to determine scope and methodology

• Checking the feasibility of technical proposals

• Collaborating with Procurement to request quotes

• Managing calculation files and arranging transfers to realization

• Preparing and organizing projects, including planning and material orders

• Directing technical personnel and subcontractors and monitoring safety, quality, and progress

• Supporting and advising on the design of electrotechnical installations

• You have a completed MBO-4 education in a technical field

• You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to develop yourself

• You have an interest in infra, electrotechnics, and project organizations

• You work accurately and think in solutions

• You communicate easily and enjoy working together

• You possess a driver's license
