At De Groot Vroomshoop, we do not believe in standard traineeships. No fixed program, but a trajectory that we shape together with you. You discover what gives you energy and we provide the opportunities.

You enter a traineeship in which you get to know the organization from the inside.
You work within various departments and discover where your talent can best shine.

• You work in roles such as drafter, estimator, or work planner

• You get to know different disciplines: from timber construction to construction systems

• You develop yourself in practice, with guidance from experienced colleagues
