Recently graduated or almost finished with your HBO (higher professional education) degree? Then at Kondor Wessels Amsterdam, you don't have to know immediately which role suits you perfectly. In fact: we find it particularly important that you first discover where your talents lie, and we let you get acquainted with all aspects of construction.

During your traineeship, you will get acquainted with various disciplines within construction over approximately 24 months. You will shadow projects and departments, work together with experienced colleagues, and discover what suits you best.

Perhaps you think now that you want to become a works planner. And then you find out that execution or project management suits you much better. Or vice versa.

At Kondor Wessels Amsterdam, you will get the time and space to discover that.
