During the Supply Value Traineeship, you will develop into a fully qualified consultant within two years in one of our areas of expertise: Procurement, Supply Chain & Operations, or Digital.

As a trainee, you will work on assignments for clients in various sectors and industries from the very beginning. You will support strategic projects in areas such as:

• Process improvement

• Digital transformation

• Sustainable procurement

You will work independently or together with experienced consultants and contribute to realizing concrete improvements. In addition to client work, you will also contribute to:

• Internal projects and innovation initiatives

• Knowledge development within our organization

• Research within your specialization, leading to publications or presentations at professional events

During the traineeship, you will follow an extensive development program focused on both professional and personal growth.

First year: Foundation and reflection

During your onboarding period, you will get to know our organization, culture, and way of working. You will participate in training sessions on:

• Communication skills

• Project management

• Consulting techniques

You will also participate in regular reflection sessions led by HR, where you share experiences with fellow trainees and learn from each other.

Second year: Deepening and specialization

From the second year onwards, you will choose a direction within one of our business areas:

• Procurement

• Supply Chain & Operations

• Digital

You will follow specialized training and peer consultation sessions under the guidance of an external coach, aimed at deepening your expertise and further strengthening your professional growth.

• Salary indication: €2,825 - €3,400 gross per month, depending on experience and education.
