Our Management & Maintenance department in Groningen strives every day to further assist our clients. With craftsmanship, we carry out projects in the fields of renovation, restoration, and management & maintenance. To meet the increasing demand, we are looking for experienced carpenters who know their trade. Professionals who form the foundation of our company. Come and experience it with us!

Within the Management & Maintenance team, you will perform structural work for maintenance, restoration, and renovation assignments. We work extensively for housing associations, healthcare institutions, and commercial residential organizations in and around the city of Groningen, but also for municipalities and private individuals. The Service & Maintenance supervisor is your direct manager, and together you will ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.

You will handle all occurring carpentry work on the project daily and will be the face and the first point of contact for our company on the work floor.

The Management & Maintenance team has its workshop at the Eemskanaal in Groningen, and you will regularly be found here for loading, unloading, and work meetings.

You are a craftsman through and through and you have an eye for communication, customer satisfaction, and productivity. Working in someone's home or in active work environments is not a problem for you. You can perform your work well both independently and in a team. You possess a driver's license. At Rottinghuis, we increasingly work with the support of digital tools, so some affinity with digital working is useful if you join us.
