As an all-round carpenter or carpenters at Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Amsterdam, you are indispensable on the construction site. You work on diverse new construction projects in Noord-Holland and Utrecht and, together with your colleagues, you ensure that the work is built to last.

From reading drawings and performing carpentry work to thinking along about smart solutions on the construction site: you know how to get things done and have an eye for quality. You work independently, but also know how important a good team is. Together, you get the job done!

• You are a true doer/go-getter;

• A craftsman/woman with demonstrable passion for the carpentry field;

• Proficiency in the Dutch language and communicative skills, as you are ultimately our calling card;

• You are only satisfied when the clients are satisfied. You therefore work neatly, methodically, in a structured, and enthusiastic manner with customers and colleagues.

• The salary for this position is the gross guaranteed wage according to function groups A through E *: between € 3,032.00 and € 3,804.80 per 4-week period (based on 40 hours). The exact gross guaranteed wage depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• In addition, you can count on a performance bonus per period, depending on your work experience.

• On top of your salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (4.51% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• 48 leave days per year according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. The value of 18 of these days is deposited into the Time Savings Fund.

• A smartphone.

• Excellent secondary employment conditions such as standard insurance for all employee risks, pension schemes, an extra supplement in case of disability, and a contribution towards trade union membership.

• You will receive a travel allowance and travel hours are reimbursed according to the collective labor agreement (cao).

• With a permanent contract, you can choose a brand-new (electric) bicycle thanks to our partnership with lease-a-bike.

• Much attention to your growth thanks to our own Dura Vermeer Academy with plenty of education and training opportunities within your field, but also, for example, in the area of vitality.

• For new fathers and partners: 100% continued payment of your salary during the 5 weeks of supplementary birth leave, instead of the standard 70%.
