Technical Concrete Repairer

• A company van fully equipped with materials.
• Training in Kinrooi (a few weeks - with the possibility of an overnight stay).
• Internal training to be able to work independently.
• Work phone.
• A lot of independence and freedom in your work.
• Regular meetings (approximately every 2 weeks) in Kinrooi.

What will you do?

• You analyze repair reports and photos to understand the problem on the site.
• You perform repairs to concrete structures (grinding works, finishing, small renovations).
• If necessary, you also perform finishing and painting works.
• You use an aerial work platform (training will be provided).
• You coordinate on-site with the customer or contractor.
• Upon completion, you check the repairs together and have them approved.

On average, you work for 2 to 3 customers per day. Some larger sites will take several days.

• Industrial buildings (e.g., warehouses)
• Agricultural sector (farming businesses)
• Concrete structures such as:
  • washed concrete
  • smooth concrete
  • brick pattern

• You are a handy craftsman with technical insight.
• Experience in construction, concrete, masonry, or renovation is a major plus.
• You work very accurately and have an eye for detail.
• You can work perfectly independently.
• You have a practical mindset and think in a solution-oriented way.
• You have no problem being on the road a lot and working alone.

• Handyman / technician / mason who wants less heavy work.
• Someone with an affinity for the concrete world.

• You preferably live in Southeast Netherlands (Venlo - Venray - Arnhem - Nijmegen area).
• This allows you to serve your region efficiently.
