What you'll get

The salary for this position is the gross guaranteed wage according to function groups A through E: between € 3,032.00 and € 3,804.80 per 4-week period (based on 40 hours). The exact gross guaranteed wage is dependent on your knowledge, level, and work experience.
In addition, you can count on a performance bonus per period, depending on your work experience.
On top of your salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (4.51% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).
48 leave days per year according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. The value of 18 of these days is deposited into the Time Savings Fund.

Excellent secondary employment conditions such as standard insurance for all employee risks, pension schemes, an extra supplement in case of disability, and a contribution towards trade union membership.
You will receive a travel allowance and travel hours are reimbursed according to the collective labor agreement (cao).

The role

Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Hengelo is looking for allround carpenters for its projects in, among others, Enschede, Almere, Groningen, and Zwolle, who know how to get stuck in. You are a true doer/go-getter
A craftsman/woman with demonstrable passion for the carpentry field, experience with renovation and transformation of residential/utility buildings is a plus
Proficiency in the Dutch language and communicative skills, after all, you are our calling card
You are only satisfied when the clients are satisfied, so you work neatly, methodically, in a structured manner, and in an enthusiastic way with customers and colleagues.
In accordance with the CAO Bouw & Infra, a medical examination may be part of the application procedure. For this position, the examination is mandatory if you are starting work in construction and infra for the first time, or if you have not worked as an employee in construction and infra in the past 3 years AND an entry examination has not previously taken place for the same or a similar position for which you are applying.
