At KWS, you get that opportunity. As Project Leader Construction Teams & Tenders, known internally as Construction Team Leader, you play a key role in challenging infra projects. From the very first client request to execution, you bring together technology, environment, budget, and collaboration. You work on projects that make a visible difference to the accessibility and livability of the Northern and Eastern Netherlands.

Your challenge
The world of infrastructure is changing rapidly. Clients increasingly expect collaboration, innovation, and integrality. As a result, the focus is shifting from traditional tenders to construction team processes in which the client and contractor work together to reach the best solution.

That is where your strength lies.

You know how to translate design choices into executable solutions. You switch effortlessly between technology, stakeholders, and project interests, ensuring the entire team moves in the same direction. Not because you do everything yourself, but because you maintain an overview and know how to connect people.

This is what you will do
In this position, you take control during tender, design, and construction team processes. You are the connecting factor between design, execution, and the client.

• You guide design and construction team processes.

• You develop distinctive tender strategies.

• You manage multidisciplinary design teams.

• You carefully weigh manufacturability, sustainability, risks, and costs.

• You maintain contact with clients, engineering firms, and stakeholders.

• You monitor planning, quality, and project objectives.

• You guide and coach colleagues within the team.

• You innovate the construction team process.

What kind of projects will you work on?
Within KWS Infra Zwolle-Leek, we work on diverse infrastructural tasks in Friesland, Groningen, Drenthe, Overijssel, Flevoland, and the head of Gelderland. Think of road construction, hydraulic engineering, data centers, wind farms, and maintenance projects.
