Project Manager Infra

As a Project Manager, you ensure that technical projects at Vialis succeed from preparation to delivery. You lead multidisciplinary teams and safeguard planning, budget, quality, and safety. You connect technical content with the interests of the client and the daily management of your team. You maintain relationships with stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve projects and services.

• Realizing technical projects within various disciplines

• Leading projects from preparation and design to execution and delivery

• Managing multidisciplinary project teams

• Monitoring planning, budget, quality, safety, and progress

• Coordinating between technical content, client interests, and daily team management

• Identifying opportunities and thinking along about solutions

• Adjusting when necessary to achieve project goals

• Maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders

• You possess HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level and preferably have a background in civil engineering

• You have experience with project management, project leadership, or managing technical projects

• You master projects in terms of planning, finances, quality, safety, and risks

• You lead multidisciplinary teams, coach, and motivate colleagues

• You communicate strongly, are customer-oriented, and enjoy working together

• You take initiative, show ownership, and think in solutions

• Experience with contract forms such as RAW, UAV(-GC)
