The role

Within Gebr. Van Kessel, we are looking for an experienced Asphalt Paver Operator to join our asphalt crew!

What you'll do

As an experienced Asphalt Paver Operator, you are responsible for the high-quality and responsible application of asphalt pavements. You know better than anyone how important uniform processing, the correct layer thickness, and good flatness are for the quality, lifespan, and safety of the final result. Thanks to your craftsmanship, you can work independently and are able to make the right decisions during the asphalt process. You operate the Asphalt Paver, set it up correctly, and ensure that the asphalt is applied uniformly and according to the specified requirements.

Your qualities as an Asphalt Paver Operator

We are looking for an experienced craftsman or craftswoman who already has several years of experience operating the Asphalt Paver. You are used to working independently, have an eye for quality, and understand the importance of a smooth finish.
Furthermore:

Do you have demonstrable experience as an Asphalt Paver Operator in asphalt processing;
Are you available full-time and willing to work night and weekend shifts;
Do you work safely, accurately, and quality-oriented;
Do you feel responsible for the progress and quality of the work;
Do you possess a Category B driver's license.

A recognized operator diploma is a plus.
