Infrastructure Project Coordinator

• You have several years of work experience as a project coordinator;

• You can independently prepare infrastructural projects in areas such as calculation, planning, and procurement;

• You have experience in guiding projects in technical and organizational areas;

• You are strong in organizing and know how to acquire and effectively deploy the necessary people and resources on time.

• You enjoy contributing to the guidance of beginning project coordinators;

• The salary for this position is between € 4,291.63 and € 6,256.72 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.  

• On top of the salary, there is a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).  

• With a view to a long-term relationship, we offer you a permanent contract immediately.  

• 43 leave days according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;  

• A laptop and a smartphone.

Truly make a difference in your region. From technical solutions to project planning, as an infra project coordinator, you ensure that everything runs smoothly.

You are of great value to the region when it comes to the preparation and realization of projects. You deal with quotation processes, calculation, and project preparation. You inventory the customer's wishes and look for technical solutions. You assist in drafting project plans and contribute to quality monitoring and progress reports. During the execution of a project, you have a lot of contact with the site manager. You keep a close eye on additional and reduced work so that costs and progress are well-aligned.

We have a great diversity of projects; we work on beautiful projects such as the redesign of the Kruislandseweg, the construction of rural stations in Borsele, and the framework agreement for multi-year asphalt maintenance for the province of Zeeland. Because of this, you have variety in your work: you switch between projects in the region and you work together with our National Projects department on large-scale assignments in the region.

Within the region, you are working on multiple projects at the same time. That means you are able to switch quickly between different tasks, but that is exactly what you enjoy! You ensure that everything is arranged on time, have an eye for detail, and maintain an overview of what needs to be done.
