What we're looking for

HBO level, preferably in technical services or a similar field
2-5 years of experience in contract management, process coordination, or project management
Accurately monitoring contract agreements and enjoying working in a process-oriented role
Communicating clearly and effectively with contractors and internal teams and setting up reports and documentation carefully and clearly
Good commercial insight, identifying risks and opportunities in a timely manner, and acting proactively
Driving license B
Experience in mobility, specifically VRI, is a plus
Residing in the East region is a plus

The role

As Project Leader contracts Northeast Netherlands, you ensure that maintenance contracts for Traffic Light Control Systems (VRI) demonstrably perform according to agreement. You will join ViaMobility, a 100% subsidiary of Vialis. You will set up contract processes and monitor KPIs, planning, quality, and budget. You will coordinate with contractors and internal teams and keep documentation and reports strictly in order. In this way, you ensure continuity and predictability within every contract.

What will you do?

Setting up contract processes for VRI maintenance contracts
Monitoring KPIs, planning, quality, and budget
Coordinating with contractors and internal teams
Keeping documentation and reports strictly in order
Monitoring contract agreements and making timely adjustments in case of deviations
Conducting consultations with clients and proactively proposing solutions
Steering on financial performance, identifying deviations, and preparing forecasts with the Controller
Leading the team in daily operations and solving challenges quickly
Recognizing and utilizing commercial opportunities from customer contact
