The role

Do you have experience as a mould maker or assembler in the concrete industry? Or are you curious about how prefab concrete elements are made, then come join the team at Westo Prefab Betonsystemen!

At Westo, we manufacture high-quality prefab concrete used for facade elements and main load-bearing structures of offices, apartments, and houses. We produce this in our factories in Coevorden and Laar (D) and it is assembled on the construction site; an efficient and sustainable process that we are constantly optimizing.

What you'll do

As a mould maker / assembler, you will create handmade moulds from drawings or convert existing ones. Every mould is unique. With your technical knowledge, you know better than anyone how moulds must be set up. You will work at our production location in Coevorden and/or Laar.

What will you do?

Your main tasks:

Making moulds, according to drawings
Thinking along regarding the most efficient formwork materials for the respective prefab product
Preparing structural connections and installation materials.
