What we're looking for

A completed MBO-level 3 education in the field of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Vehicle Technology
Demonstrable work experience as a mechanic or technician with a strong focus on electrical engineering
Excellent technical insight and the ability to read complex technical drawings and electrical schematics
Accurate, quality-oriented, proactive, and a true team player.
The ability to provide a positive Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is a condition for appointment

Nice to have

Good command of the Dutch language; knowledge of English and/or German is a strong plus

The role

For the production of our newest, high-tech military vehicles, Rheinmetall Defence Nederland BV is looking for driven Assembly Mechanics with a strong electrical engineering background. In this challenging role, you are responsible for the construction, assembly, and testing of complex vehicle systems.

What you'll do

Assembling vehicle parts and high-quality components based on technical drawings and work instructions
Connecting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including cabling and lighting
Performing quality controls and functional tests to meet the strictest safety standards
Coordination with engineering and quality management
