The role

From loose parts to an aid that changes someone's life

Do you enjoy working with your hands? Do you find it rewarding to build something that someone can truly rely on? Then you will probably feel at home at Kersten Hulpmiddelen.
As a Medical Aid Assembly Technician, you build wheelchairs and other aids that help people live independently every day. Thanks to your technical craftsmanship, someone can go back to school, do groceries, visit family, or participate independently in daily life.
You don't work on a product that disappears into a warehouse somewhere. You work on solutions that make a direct difference for people.
Do you have technical insight, do you work accurately, and do you want to continue developing yourself? Then we would love to meet you.

What you'll do

No two days are the same. You work on various aids and ensure that these are constructed safely, reliably, and according to specifications.

  • You assemble various types of wheelchairs according to specifications;
  • You perform quality controls and ensure that aids meet all requirements;
  • You register activities and report any deviations;
  • You work with various machines and hand tools;
  • You maintain and replenish tools and machines;
  • You assemble, disassemble, and repair both standard and more complex aids;
  • You contribute ideas for improvements within the assembly process;
  • You ensure that aids can be safely put back into use.

How you'll work

Location: Reuver

What you bring

You do not need to have experience with medical aids. We find motivation, technical insight, and the will to learn at least as important.

What can you expect from us?

  • A technical position with social significance

Hiring process

Do you want to use your technical skills for work that truly matters and continue to develop yourself? Then apply immediately. We look forward to your response.

We value direct applications. Acquisition by agencies and freelancers will not be followed up.
