In our prefab workshop, you build smart, ready-to-use mechanical solutions that find their way directly to our projects within residential construction, renovation, and utility. Using clear drawings and precise instructions, you assemble various installation components, such as sewage and water piping systems, ventilation and HVAC setups, water meter distributors, and complete heat pump installations on a single skid or plate. And you do all of this in a professional, warm, and loyal team where collaboration is a matter of course and we truly stand ready 'for each other'.

Thanks to your commitment, our colleagues can install installations quickly and effectively at projects! Your workday begins with reviewing the assignment. The prefab work preparation has already set out the drawings and instructions for you, so you can get started immediately. You read the drawings carefully, understand what is required, and check whether all necessary materials are available. Then, you unpack the material from the collection area and start working independently.

You assemble installation parts accurately and according to the drawing. Although you work independently on your assignment, you are never alone: together with about eighteen colleagues, you work in the same space, meaning you can always rely on knowledge, help, and consultation. Once your assignment is completed, you check your own work carefully, ensure everything is complete, and make the installation ready for shipment. This way, you know for certain that what you deliver is immediately ready for installation at the project.

You receive a lot of responsibility and trust in your own craftsmanship, while you always have colleagues around you to brainstorm with or rely on. No two workdays are the same: today you work on manageable PVC tasks, tomorrow you help build complete skids for, for example, smart prefab solutions in residential construction. • 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days with full-time employment.
