The role

ROLE SUMMARY Assembly for prefab construction projects €2,888 to €3,514 gross per month (depending on experience) Location: Etten-Leur Our assembly workers are our pillars of support at various work locations and play an indispensable role in ensuring that work is carried out accurately and safely. As an assembly worker, you will be involved in the setting, assembling, and finishing of prefab concrete elements and other (steel) structures. WHAT YOU WILL DO Assembly has been a specialty within Mammoet for more than 60 years. We realize offices, industrial buildings, parking garages, bridges, tunnels, viaducts, and other (steel) structures. In this position, you will be involved in the placement and assembly of prefab elements. In doing so, you will work closely with your colleagues. We manage our own logistics when placing the prefab elements. Because of this, you can also engage in lifting and transport activities on-site, in support of the logistics team. Preparing and handling auxiliary equipment for the assembly, lifting, and moving of prefab concrete parts; Installing and dismantling prefab concrete parts; Assisting the Crane operator with signaling and radio communication; Ensuring that all work is carried out safely and according to the required standard. WHAT YOU NEED Experience with assembly activities and rigging operations; Excellent communication and situational awareness skills; Communicative in Dutch and/or English; Safety training and certification according to Mammoet standards; Affinity with construction is a plus.
