Junior Production Planner

Have you completed a technical MBO education and do you want to work on impressive foundation projects? At VSF, as a Junior Work Preparer, you will get the space to develop yourself.

As a Junior Work Preparer Foundations, you will work together with your colleagues to ensure the good preparation of our projects. You help with drafting work plans, schedules, and work instructions, and ensure that materials, equipment, and information are available on time. You work closely with site managers, project leaders, and our own design department. In addition, you are not just sitting behind your desk: you can also regularly be found at our projects. This way, you quickly learn how foundation work is carried out in practice. As you gain more experience, you will receive more and more responsibility and will begin to prepare parts of projects independently.

At VSF, you get the chance to develop yourself within a specialist field. You will work together with experienced colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge with you and you will receive increasing responsibility.

In addition, we offer you:

• A gross monthly salary (based on 40 hours) of € 3,400 to € 4,900, depending on your background and experience;

• A position for 32 to 40 hours per week;

• A sustainable employability budget that we pay out monthly. This is 2.3% of your monthly salary;

• 43 leave days: 30 vacation days + an individual budget of 13 extra days (payout or take time off, your choice);

• An electric lease car when this is necessary for your duties;

• A work phone and laptop;

• Many opportunities to further develop yourself, both in practice and through our VolkerWessels Academy;

• Other secondary employment conditions according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement.

You do not need to be an experienced work preparer or foundation expert with us yet. We find it especially important that you are curious and want to learn the trade.

• You have completed an MBO education in a technical direction, for example Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or Infrastructure;

• You have just graduated or already have some experience as a work preparer;

• You enjoy working together and dare to ask questions;

• You have a practical mindset and enjoy working both in the office and outside on projects.
