Civil Works Planner

•   A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in civil engineering;

•   At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a project planner for integrated projects;

•   You are strong in planning and organizing, but you also switch easily to ad-hoc tasks;

•   Clear and concise communication;

• The salary for this position is between €4,291 and €6,256 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience;

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra);

• 43 leave days according to the Cao Bouw & Infra. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

• A laptop and a smartphone;

Due to the strong increase in projects, we are looking for project planners at various levels. Depending on your experience, expertise, and place of residence, we will choose a suitable and challenging project in close consultation. As a project planner at Dura Vermeer, you will be involved in both the tender and the execution process. As a project planner, you will be involved in the tender and execution processes of our projects. In this role, you provide support to both the preparatory phase and the execution of the project. Where necessary, you will lead less experienced project planners, act as a sparring partner for the project manager, and ensure that the project is well-organized and running smoothly administratively. You will, of course, also provide your technical advice. You derive energy from working in teams. You are creative and want to contribute to important themes such as sustainability and innovation. You continuously work on improving our organization. You keep a sharp eye on time, budget, quality, and safety, and you coordinate all disciplines with each other in detail. In short, you deal with technical working methods and continuously seek connection with execution.

From Dura Vermeer Infra National Projects, you will work on various infrastructure projects throughout the Netherlands. Your work location will be determined in close consultation, depending on your place of residence. You will get the chance to work on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects exceeding 100 million euros. Examples of projects include A10 Knooppunt Nieuwe Meer and ViA15 - GelreGroen, various dike reinforcement projects such as those at Tiel-Waardenburg and Arcen, projects that contribute to the energy transition, and the renovations of Nijmegen station and Amsterdam station.
