Build the future - Kroon & de Koning is looking for a Construction Technologist with an eye for technology!

As a Construction Technologist, you are responsible for the design of the execution process during the tender and construction team process. You analyze (complex) construction projects and develop efficient execution methodologies, schedules, and logistical strategies. You draw up realistic construction site costs and ensure a safe construction process from day one.

You are a sparring partner for construction and tender teams and execution colleagues, you take initiative, and you think along about smart, technical solutions. Clear communication and collaboration are central to you. As a sparring partner for colleagues, clients, advisors, and partners, you are clear and constructive in your communication.

This is what you will do, among other things

• Analyzing structures and determining the most efficient and optimal construction methodology

• Analyzing the surroundings and determining the logistical implementation

• Drawing up construction safety plans

• Drawing up general schedules

• Drawing up construction site layouts

• Coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and our own equipment service

• Providing technical support to the Construction Bureau department

• Strong commercial, organizational, and communicative skills.
