A starting salary from € 2596.48 gross per month based on 40 hours
Travel allowance of € 0.25 per km

The role

As a facility assistant (on-call), you are primarily responsible for catering and reception duties at our locations in Papendrecht and/or Dordrecht. You are the face of the organization: you welcome visitors hospitably, speak kindly to colleagues and guests, and ensure that the reception always looks representative and well-maintained. Additionally, you answer the telephone and perform light administrative tasks.

You will be trained in catering duties at both locations. You prepare sandwiches, salads, soup, and warm dishes, and regularly arrange lunches for meetings and gatherings. Thanks to clear work instructions, you know exactly what is expected of you and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Catering services take place between 07:00 and 15:00. Reception services are scheduled between 07:00 and 17:00. Therefore, it is important that you are flexibly available within these working hours. You will join an enthusiastic team of cleaning, catering, and reception staff, handymen, a team leader, and a facility manager. Because we replace each other where necessary, you will enter service as an allround facility assistant. This makes your work varied and gives you the opportunity to perform different facility tasks. We work in an informal atmosphere in which appreciation, respect, fun, and looking out for one another are central.
