nhow Rotterdam is a lifestyle hotel with art as its theme. Just like its other nhow siblings in Brussels, Milan, Berlin, Marseille, London, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt, nhow Rotterdam offers a groundbreaking and life-changing hotel experience. This hotel breathes art, architecture, and lifestyle in all its various forms.

What's in it for you (spoiler: a lot!)

06:15 You arrive with a cup of coffee at the Food and Beverage office for the handover with the morning shift supervisor.

06:30 Begin setting up the coffee machines, preparing the restaurant for service, and doing the mise en place.

07:00 Check one last time that everything is in order and ready and the restaurant can open its doors. From this moment on, you may also assist guests with ordering room service.

09:00 The peak of the shift begins and you are busy clearing and resetting tables, refilling coffee/tea stations, serving room service, and chatting with guests.

11:00 This is the moment for lunch with your colleagues in our canteen, where a fresh lunch is prepared by our chefs.

12:00 You tidy up the restaurant and prepare for the next day. Everything must be replenished, cleaned, and ready for the next day.

14:30 You enjoy your last cup of coffee/tea and wait for your team to head home together.

• You currently live in Rotterdam or the surrounding area and are available to work early shifts, including on weekends.

• Hospitality is in your blood and you love giving guests a warm welcome. Creating an unforgettable first impression of nhow Rotterdam gives you energy and a smile on your face.
• You are enthusiastic, flexible, proactive, and result-oriented, and not to be forgotten, stress-resistant. Relevant (international) work experience in service or as a hospitality staff member is a plus;
• You have a passion for food and drink and are a true foodie;
• You speak and understand English, Dutch is a plus;
