For this internship, you will primarily work at our beautiful office in the center of Eindhoven!

What will you do?

• During your internship, you will be a true multitasker who works meticulously and can maintain an overview of various tasks and deadlines;
• Setting up new training sessions and maintaining contact with trainers and content providers;
• Deploying, reviewing, and testing training content;
• Management of room reservations, catering, and participants;
• Setting up, sending out, and processing evaluations;
• Guiding training programs in collaboration with educational institutions
• An active role in projects regarding career paths and growth opportunities

• You are an enthusiastic 3rd or 4th-year HBO/WO student in a relevant field such as HRM, Psychology, Communication, or Business Administration;
• Available to work at least three days a week, with other days potentially on an assignment basis;
• You are available from January/February 2027;
• You can be present at our location in Eindhoven at least 2 times per week;
• You work independently, proactively, and with a problem-solving mindset;
• You write flawless Dutch and English;
• You are precise, structured, and work accurately;
