• Your focus points are HR (Onboarding), Recruitment, internal communication, and providing support.
• You are responsible for ensuring everything in the HR field is correct and in order (think of all the papers that need to be signed, but not the drafting of them).
• Additionally, you are one of the first colleagues to receive new employees and interns for onboarding.
• In doing so, you ensure that you give them a warm welcome.
• With recruitment, you are responsible for ensuring that we, as a hotel, remain in the picture with our job and internship opportunities.
• You maintain contact with schools for potential internships and graduates.
• Additionally, a lot happens around and in the hotel and it is important that this is communicated. This is done by means of a newsletter, memos, social media, and email.
• Drafting these is your responsibility.
• You are the go-to person for all department heads and for the hotel manager; you offer support wherever possible.

• You are proactive, accurate, can maintain an overview, and you love challenges.
• You work neatly and precisely and you are not afraid to take on new projects and challenges.
• Furthermore, you are service-oriented and have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
• You can work well both independently and in a team.
