Are you an organizational multitasker and do you love variety in your work? At VanderLinden, no two days are the same for a Mechanical Engineering Installations Planner. One moment you are busy ensuring the right materials are delivered to the customer's location on time, and the next you are in the office preparing calculations and quotes. As a Mechanical Engineering Planner, you strive for satisfied customers together with a team of colleagues; once achieved, your goal is met!

• As a Mechanical Engineering Installations Planner, you are responsible for the calculation, project planning, and preparation of utility projects.
• Together with the project leader, you assess whether requests fit into the planning and are feasible within the set timeframes.
• Using the calculation program, you prepare the calculation. In this, you involve the necessary colleagues and, if necessary, partners to arrive at the correct technical solution and cost price.
• You are responsible for the entire preparation process of your projects, from kick-off to delivery. Thus, you check the drawings of mechanical engineering installations at the start of a project, ensure a schedule for the activities, and coordinate these with partners and clients if necessary.
• You are co-responsible for the functional management of technicians.
• You maintain contact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors and make agreements regarding prices and delivery times.
• You are hands-on and provide support with drawing tasks if the project requires it.

• A pleasant and relaxed working atmosphere with short lines of communication.
• Room for your ideas. We trust your professional expertise and implement suggestions wherever possible.
