Work Preparer

• € 3,000 to € 4,500 gross per month, depending on your experience

• 27 vacation days for full-time, plus 8% holiday allowance which we pay out monthly

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the office in The Hague, Tuesday and Thursday at home. During your onboarding period, we would prefer to see you a bit more often

• Group lunch at the office and the annual winter trip with the whole company

• You translate the installation plan into work instructions that a team can use to get started immediately

• You figure out which couplings are needed. The Netherlands has eight to ten types of central heating pipes, each with its own material and tools

• You arrange what else is needed: a tap, an electrician, an extra day

• On the day itself, you are the point of contact for the installation team if things go differently than planned

• You check if everything is correct before anyone gets into the van

Our installation capacity is heading towards double this year. The team preparing that work is growing along with it, and you are one of the first to join.

That means it is busy and not everything is already established. If you prefer stepping into a fully developed process, this is not your role. If you enjoy setting up that process yourself, then it is.

Some colleagues go on-site for surveys for larger B2B projects with housing associations. Others work in installation support and have live contact with the teams in the field during installation. And there are work preparers who most enjoy automating the work itself, so that the next hundred installations require less manual labor.

Which direction you take is up to you. In two years, you will not only have prepared installations, but also determined how this company does it.

You share in the value growth of DeWarmte through our SAR program. In short: you don't get shares, but you do get the financial benefit of them. If the company is ever sold, you will be paid how much more it has become worth since the day you started. The earlier you join, the greater that difference can be.
