Change Manager (Young Professional)

• A salary of € 3,000.00 gross per month based on 40 hours per week (full-time)

In this role, you will develop yourself into a change manager. You will learn how to inventory, plan, coordinate, and guide changes within an IT organization. But what does that involve?

As a change manager, you work in a highly customer-oriented role. You inventory planned changes with our customers and within their IT environment, assess what is needed, and map out dependencies and potential bottlenecks. Together with the service manager, technical colleagues, and the customer, you arrive at a clear and achievable schedule.

You schedule changes, monitor progress, and ensure that everyone has the right information in a timely manner. During preparation and execution, you work actively with technical colleagues and maintain close contact with the customer. Additionally, you proactively look for opportunities to implement changes for customers that improve service delivery and make their IT environment smarter and more efficient. You align expectations, identify risks, delays, and scheduling conflicts, and adjust where necessary.

Thanks to your overview, customer-oriented attitude, and clear communication, changes are carefully prepared and executed within the agreed timeframe.
