Your job as an Organizational Change Consultant (Change Consultant)
Change is the only constant, and you help people within organizations to embrace that change and work with it successfully. You will work for extended periods at large organizations such as UMC Utrecht, Boskalis, and various ministries.
Thanks to your expertise in change management and project steering, you know how to guide complex transformations effectively. You work closely with stakeholders at various levels and ensure that people within the organization are actively involved in the change. Because ultimately, it is not the plans or processes that make the difference, but the people who work with them.
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial project manager who brings not only structure and overview, but also energy and decisiveness. As an Organizational Change Consultant (Change Consultant), you have a varied set of tasks:
You hold ultimate responsibility for the scope, budget, and quality of multiple projects.
You guide organizations through complex change processes: from strategy implementation and organizational development to digital transformations and the implementation of new work processes.
You can apply change models to realize a smooth transition.
You work intensively with stakeholders and ensure support across all levels of the organization.
You guide and coach junior colleagues on various projects.
You actively contribute to commercial activities: you identify new opportunities with clients and generate leads through your own network.
Will you become our new Change Project Manager? Apply now and make a difference with your fresh perspective!
At Frisse Blikken, we share an entrepreneurial mentality. A quality you will recognize immediately when working with or at our company. You have HBO+/WO (Higher Professional/Academic) working and thinking levels and at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
You have extensive experience with project management, process improvement, and guiding complex changes in large organizations.

You already have experience with various change methodologies.
You have a commercial network and the ambition to further develop your commercial skills.
