The role

You enjoy having an overview where technology, data, and change converge. As a Change Analyst, you ensure that product information remains reliable, changes are implemented in a controlled manner, and projects can build on a solid technical foundation.

As a Change Analyst, you ensure that product and project data remain controlled, up-to-date, and reliable throughout the entire lifecycle. You monitor configurations, changes, and technical data, and ensure that involved teams always have access to the correct information.

You work closely with various disciplines and make an important contribution to the controllability of complex technical products and projects. Thanks to your structured approach, changes are implemented in a controlled manner, product information remains reliable, and projects meet the set requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle.

What you'll do

Your activities consist of, among other things:

  • Performing configuration management activities within projects and programs.

  • Managing configuration structures, technical data, and repositories within the configuration and PLM system.

  • Registering, updating, and publishing configuration data and monitoring its quality, consistency, traceability, and history.

  • Monitoring change processes and coordinating Change Control Boards (CCBs).

  • Checking technical documentation for completeness and identifying deviations or missing data.

  • Ensuring the availability of up-to-date technical information for engineering, project management, quality, and operations.

  • Supporting project teams in applying configuration management processes, procedures, and PLM tooling.

  • Representing Configuration Management during project reviews and monitoring compliance with internal agreements, customer requirements, and quality requirements.

  • Initiating and implementing improvements in processes, working methods, and systems.

  • Handling confidential technical customer and product information with care.

When are you successful?

You bring structure to complexity. By keeping technical data, configurations, and changes under control, you provide reliable information that projects, engineers, and customers can trust. In doing so, you play a key role in managing risks, ensuring quality, and successfully realizing technical projects.

What does Benchmark offer?

Working at Benchmark means working in a dynamic work environment. You work in an independent team where your initiatives and ideas are highly valued. Showing initiative is greatly appreciated and rewarded.

In addition, we offer:

  • Good salary: with a range of €3,338 to 4,810 gross per month on a full-time basis. You will be scaled based on your previous (relevant) work experience, whereby we will, of course, also take your salary indication into account.

  • Quarterly bonus: this is dependent on turnover and can amount to a maximum of 5% of your quarterly salary.

  • Vacation: enjoy 40 days off per year (27 vacation days and 13 ATV days).

  • Room for growth and development opportunities: for example, by participating in one of the many trainings of our Benchmark Academy, but also by following training courses that match your wishes and ours as an organization.

  • Flexible working hours: as long as you ensure your work is finished, we offer the possibility to schedule your working hours in a flexible manner.

  • Participation in our BE-Fit program: exercising with colleagues at the expense of Benchmark. Together we have already done kickboxing, cross-fit, and attended padel clinics.

What would we like to see in our future colleague?

You feel comfortable in an environment where accuracy, structure, and collaboration are central. You know how to manage complex product information in an organized way, communicate easily with different departments, and maintain an overview even during changes.

Furthermore, we would like to see:

  • HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking, supplemented by a relevant education or demonstrable experience within configuration management, engineering, or a similar field.

  • Experience with configuration management and change processes within a technical or manufacturing environment.
