The Change Coördinator Financial Markets is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and continuously improving the Change Management process within Financial Markets. The Change Coordinator ensures that changes are executed in a controlled, timely manner and according to agreed procedures, so that risks to availability, integrity, confidentiality, and continuity of service are minimized.

Your tasks are:

• Coordinating the entire Change Management process.

• Monitoring the quality, completeness, and planning of RFCs.

• Chairing and organizing CAB meetings.

• Assessing risks, impact, and implementation plans.

• Monitoring changes during maintenance windows.

• Overseeing compliance with ITIL processes.

• Identifying conflicting changes.

• Reporting on change performance and KPIs.

• Improving the Change Management process.

• Alignment with Problem, Incident, and Release Management.
