What we're looking for
- At least five years of relevant, possibly international, work experience in change management or consultancy, including experience working in teams and leading smaller teams or project groups.
- A completed university degree (WO), preferably in a field with an organizational or business administration character.
- In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies and project management, and experience with complex change trajectories, such as digital transformations, reorganizations, implementations, and process improvements.
- Commercial and entrepreneurial skills, an analytical and data-driven way of working, and a good command of Dutch and English. You live and work in the Netherlands and speak Dutch at a minimum B2 level or are willing to learn to this level.
Nice to have
- Preferably experience with IT-related changes, such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Workday, journey to cloud, or automation, and insight into their impact on organization, processes, culture, and ways of working.

What you'll do
As a Managing Consultant Change within Program & Change Acceleration, you help organizations to successfully and sustainably realize large-scale change trajectories. You develop change programs and guide the execution of digital transformations, reorganizations, implementations, and process improvements. In doing so, you focus on the impact of change on people, processes, systems, culture, and ways of working.
Think, for example, of an organization redesigning its processes or wanting to work in a more data-driven manner. You determine which interventions are necessary, guide teams and management, and use analyses to measure the progress and effect of the change. In this way, you ensure that results are sustainably secured and lay the foundation for continuous improvement.
In this role, you will work on:
- Designing, managing, and successfully realizing change programs with a focus on organization, processes, systems, and people.
- Leading smaller, sometimes international teams and guiding colleagues in their roles.
- Facilitating workshops, stakeholder management, and decision-making, and performing and presenting analyses.
- Measuring and securing the results of change programs and deploying your expertise to prepare employees for digital transformations.
- Developing methods, tools, and knowledge in the field of change management, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to proposals and sales.
