As Business Unit General Manager for the business unit for projects in North-East Netherlands, you will provide direction from Assen and Almelo to a business unit that realizes technical projects within the energy infrastructure. The BU focuses on projects with a scale of €5 to €50 million and works for national and regional grid operators and industry.

Together with your management team, you determine the course of the business unit and translate the strategy into concrete goals. You hold ultimate financial and commercial responsibility and manage based on results, quality, and a healthy development of the organization.

In doing so, you look ahead. Where are the new opportunities for growth and innovation? What does the organization need to utilize those opportunities responsibly? And how do you ensure that growth, quality, and predictability remain in balance with each other?

At least as important are the people with whom you realize those ambitions.
