• Coordination & leadership over engineering, procurement, budgets, and the realization process;
• Management and drafting of the design process;
• Internal & external stakeholder management (calculation, engineering, SPOC client,…);  
• Continuous improvement;
• Negotiation with construction partners, advisors, suppliers, and subcontractors;
• Following up on QESH and prioritizing safety;
• Support of BIM & digital evolution;

Fascinated by locks, large projects, and automation? As Project Director, you step in from the tender or construction team phase and you guide the (renovation) project toward realization. You hold ultimate responsibility for the entire project. This includes the planning, management of the team, contact with the client, budget accountability, coordination of the project in terms of technology, design, and realization, and the permits. In short, you bear the ultimate technical and financial responsibility and will lead the project in the right direction so that all facets can be delivered within the set timeframe and budget.
