This is what you will do

We are expanding our HSE team! Safety, compliance, and quality are crucial for a Supply Chain that processes millions of products every day. As HSE Manager, you will provide direction to a growing team and ensure that Health & Safety and Compliance are firmly established within our distribution centers. You will work in an environment with many stakeholders, multiple locations, and complex laws and regulations. At the same time, you will build upon the further professionalization of our HSE organization.

You combine strategic insight with a pragmatic approach. You are a sparring partner to management, participate in large projects, and ensure that policy is not only developed but also becomes visible in daily practice. One day you are working with a Project Manager on the mechanization of our DC, and the next day you are helping your team draft a safety communication plan. Together with your team, you make our Supply Chain safer, more aware, and more future-proof every single day.

What will you do in the role of HSE Manager?

• You will lead a team of two specialists within Health & Safety and Compliance.
• You will further develop the department and bring structure, priorities, and working methods to a higher level.
• You will represent HSE within Supply Chain projects, advise management, and work closely with external stakeholders such as consultants or the government.
• You will manage results, risks, audits, and improvement programs across multiple locations.
• You will provide operational support where necessary and ensure the connection between policy and execution.
