This is what you will do

Do you want to provide direction to changes that are decisive for the future of our supply chain? At AS Watson Benelux, you will work on complex projects with directly visible impact. Think of the mechanization of our e-fulfillment distribution center with robots and automatic case sealers, contributing to the energy transition through the construction of a charging station for electric trucks, and the implementation of a new Workforce Management system or a Warehouse Management System.

As Senior Projectmanager Supply Chain, you bring structure to these complex trajectories. You connect operations, IT, suppliers, and management, and ensure that plans are actually executed. In doing so, you never lose sight of practical reality. You know when to dive into the details, when to give space to the team, and when to make a pragmatic decision. This is how you get people on board and realize changes that matter.

What will you do in the role of Senior Projectmanager Supply Chain?

• Leading complex change trajectories that contribute to the future of our supply chain.
• Translating strategic and complex issues into a clear and pragmatic approach.
• Connecting business, operations, IT, and suppliers and creating support at all levels.
• Directing multidisciplinary project teams and monitoring progress without unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Advising stakeholders, management, and the board and helping to make clear choices.
