Requirements
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's level, preferably in a technical-commercial direction.
- Affinity with electronics & Electrical components.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- Willingness to travel internationally for supplier visits and negotiations.
Nice to have
- Experience within Procurement or technical purchasing is a strong asset.
- Practical experience with SAP is a plus.

The role
What you'll do
What will you do?
- You ensure the right balance between price, quality, delivery reliability, and sustainability, working closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Quality for this purpose, and you report to the Procurement Manager.
- Purchasing of electronic and electrical components and systems.
- Selecting and evaluating suppliers.
- Negotiating prices, contracts, delivery terms, and commercial agreements.
- Performing market analyses and identifying new suppliers.
- Realizing cost savings and commercial optimizations.
- Monitoring supplier performance in terms of price, quality, and delivery reliability.
- Building strong, sustainable relationships with strategic suppliers.
- Initiating and following up on improvement actions together with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
How you'll work
- Your permanent workplace is Koningshooikt. Regular travel to other locations within the Coach Group, such as Valkenswaard and Macedonia, is part of the position.
Your strength
- You are a commercially strong and result-oriented buyer who enjoys taking responsibility. You can negotiate firmly, but also understand the importance of a good long-term relationship with suppliers.
