(Senior) Supply Chain Coordinator

• A market-conform gross monthly salary between € 3,700 and € 5,800, depending on your knowledge and work experience.

In this dynamic role, you are the right hand of the Team Lead Supply Chain. You are responsible for process optimization, data management, and dashboards, but in the absence of the Team Lead, you also act as a full operational manager for the procurement team.

Your package of tasks is broad and divided into three core areas: process management & data, procurement & coordination, and deputy leadership.

• Managing and updating operational data in our ERP system, including monitoring data quality and identifying deviations.
• Drafting and managing clear work instructions and process documentation.
• Analyzing administrative processes and proactively proposing and initiating improvement trajectories.
• Developing and optimizing management reports and interactive dashboards (e.g., in Power BI) for KPI monitoring and management information.

• Fully taking over the tasks and responsibilities of the Team Lead Supply Chain during their absence.
• Chairing work meetings, monitoring team KPIs, and overseeing general progress and quality.
• Actively contributing to bilateral meetings (bilas), absenteeism discussions, and recruitment procedures for the procurement team.
